Post World War II, midwesterners had a hobby of quilting military bags, many of which ended up being sold at flea markets. John Elliott was lucky enough to stumble on one of these American folk art pieces, and it became the pattern for this fleece. It’s a three-staple jacquard so there’s an interesting texture with differing levels of length.
