Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused product with original packaging and tags intact within 7 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Final Sale: Discounted items, promo code purchases, and launch product are final sale. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags attached. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Please contact info@lessoneseven.com or call 403-228-9199 to start the process.
LESS 17 does not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Orders placed using bots or auto-purchase software may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
In-Store Pickups
Orders for in-store pickup are typically processed within 24 hours. You will be emailed when your order is ready.
A valid government-issued ID is required at pickup. Orders cannot be released to anyone other than the purchaser.
Order Confirmation
Orders ship Monday–Friday between 12PM–5PM MST. All orders undergo fraud analysis and will only be released if approved. LESS 17 reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
Price Adjustments / Price Matching
If a product purchased from LESS 17 goes on sale (outside of Boxing Day, Black Friday, etc.), you may request a price adjustment within 7 days of purchase.
Price matching is available for identical items from Canadian-based, authorized retailers (same size, colour, and style).
Lost Items
LESS 17 is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Orders are placed at the customer’s own risk.
International Duties and Fees
LESS 17 is not responsible for Customs or Brokerage fees. International shipments may face delays at Customs and additional fees upon delivery.
If Customs or Brokerage fees are not paid, the package will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Once a package has left LESS 17, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused in transit by postal services, couriers, or customs agencies.
