Return Policies

Discounted items, items purchased with a promo code, and launch product are considered a final sale. No exceptions.

If you are not satisfied with your full priced purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product complete with original packaging and tags intact to the Online Store within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund or store credit.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer online exchanges. As an alternative, we ask that you place a new order for the replacement item at your earliest convenience then contact us to initiate an authorized return for your original order.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags intact. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was purchased may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must be authorized via email or phone prior to shipping. Please e-mail info@lessoneseven.com or call 403-228-9199 to start the return process. Returns that have not been authorized may be refused.

Once a return has passed inspection, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.

LESS 17 does not provide return labels. All return shipping costs will be taken care of by the customer.
 


In-Store Pickups:

Customers will have 7 days from being contacted that their in-store pickup is ready to collect to return their order. If an in-store pickup is older than 30 days, LESS 17 reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and the customer acknowledges that the opportunity for a refund will be void.
