Final Sale: Discounted items, promo code purchases, and launch product are final sale. No exceptions.

Returns (Full-Price Items Only)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Exchanges

We do not offer online exchanges. Please place a new order for the replacement item and contact us to authorize a return for the original order.

Condition

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be authorized before shipping. Email info@lessoneseven.com or call 403-228-9199. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Processing & Shipping

  • Allow up to 3 business days after inspection for processing.
  • LESS 17 does not provide return labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In-Store Pickups

Customers have 7 days from the “ready for pickup” notice to collect or return their order.

If a pickup remains uncollected for 30 days, LESS 17 may consider the order abandoned and the refund opportunity will be void.
