First introduced in 2013, the XT-6 has grown from a performance shoe built for ultra-distance racing into a cult silhouette embraced far beyond the trail. This GORE-TEX edition evolves the icon once again, designed for the harshest city conditions while retaining the cushioning, stability, and durability that defined the original.
The upper combines abrasion-resistant TPU with anti-debris mesh and is lined with Salomon’s new PFC-free GORE-TEX ePE membrane for lightweight waterproofing and breathable protection. Underfoot, a Mud Contagrip® outsole with deep lugs delivers traction on rugged or uneven surfaces, while the Agile Chassis™ System and EnergyCell midsole provide support and dampening. Finished with a molded OrthoLite® sockliner, Quicklace™ system, and protective toecap, the XT-6 Gore-Tex balances functional performance with modern design.
