Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Final Sale: Discounted items, promo code purchases, and launch product are final sale. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Items not returned in this state may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must be authorized by email (info@lessoneseven.com) or phone (403-228-9199) before shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. LESS 17 does not provide labels.

Orders placed using bots or auto-purchase software may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

In-Store Pickups

Pickup orders are typically processed within 24 hours. You will be emailed when your order is ready. A valid government-issued ID is required at pickup. Orders cannot be released to anyone other than the purchaser.

Order Confirmation

Orders ship Monday - Friday between 12PM - 5PM MST. All orders undergo fraud screening. LESS 17 reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Price Adjustments / Price Matching

Price adjustments may be requested within 7 days of purchase, excluding known sale periods (Boxing Day, Black Friday, etc.).

Price matching is available for identical items from Canadian-based, authorized retailers (same size, colour, and style).

Lost Items

LESS 17 is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Orders are placed at the customer’s own risk. Once the order has been handed off to the courier, LESS 17 assumes no responsability for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Placing an order acknowledges this.

Orders Outside of Canada / Duties and Fees

LESS 17 is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. International shipments may face delays at customs and additional charges upon delivery.

U.S. Orders: As of August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption has been removed. All U.S. orders, regardless of value, are now subject to duties, taxes, and customs clearance. These charges are set by your local government and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Shipments under $2,500 USD may face duties up to 35% if not covered under CUSMA.
  • Shipments over $2,500 USD require formal entry and may need an importer tax ID (EIN or SSN).
  • LESS 17 provides all required paperwork (HS codes, country of origin) with each shipment.

Import fees are not included in checkout totals. For accurate information, please contact your local customs office. If the customer refuses to pay duties and import charges and refuses the the parcel the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

Nike products are only available for shipping within Canada. Any international order containing Nike will be canceled.

If customs or brokerage fees are refused, the shipment may be abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
