Store Policies


Due to the limited nature of our products, we reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.



We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. 


Free shipping is available on orders over $100 to Canadian destinations. For orders under $100, estimate shipping cost using your province and postal code in the Shopping Cart page prior to checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over $200 to United States destinations.

Orders will ship within 24 hours from when the order was placed.

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, you can choose a faster shipping method or call us Toll Free 1-844-828-9199 to speak with a customer service representative and make alternative shipping arrangements.

You will be emailed your tracking number and estimated delivery date when your order ships.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm MST from Calgary, AB.


A Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

To track your order with Canada Post, please visit Canada Post and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you.

Once your order is shipped, Canada Post will do everything they can to deliver it to you on time.

In the event of a delayed delivery, you may contact Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301 or call us Toll Free at 1-844-828-9199 and we will work with you to expedite the delivery of your package.


All deliveries MUST be signed for, otherwise LESS 17 cannot take responsibility for delivery.

LESS 17 does not assume any responsibility for lost parcels once they have left our store. LESS 17 is not responsible for any packages that have been signed for someone other than yourself. The customer will take it upon themselves to contact the shipping company with any issues related to missing packages.


All orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shipped via Canada Post.

Because there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, LESS 17 cannot take responsibility for delivery.


All shipments leave from our Location in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. For any order placed before 5pm MST ( 

Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered.

The customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees.

In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.


Certain items are oversize or overweight and incur additional shipping charges.

You will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed. Should the additional cost of shipping prove prohibitive, you may cancel your order without penalty (we will not bill your credit card until you have accepted the shipping costs).


If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product to the Online Store within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, 30 days for a store credit.

If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return the unused product to the Online Store and request a replacement size.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order.

Prior to returning an item, please call 1-844-828-9199 weekdays from 9am to 5pm MST to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Without an RA, LESS 17 cannot accept your returned product.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, LESS 17 does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges.

In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by LESS 17. To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns on launch footwear.

Customers can request rush delivery for an additional cost at the time of your order.

Depending on where you live there will be several shipping options presented to you on checkout.


All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking charge.


All products sold on our site are covered by the manufacturer warranty, usually a 90 day guarantee.

Some companies offer longer or even lifetime warranties.

LESS 17 does not independently warrant any of our products.

All warranty claims are handled by our Warranty Department. Warranties are approved by the Manufacturer themselves and not by LESS 17.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. We collect information like your name & email which can be used for marketing/advertising purposes either now or in the future


How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
