 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product complete with original packaging and tags intact to the Online Store within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund or store credit.

Discounted items, items purchased with a promo code, and launch product are considered a final sale. No exceptions.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer online exchanges. As an alternative, we ask that you place a new order for the replacement item at your earliest convenience then contact us to initiate an authorized return for your original order.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags intact. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was purchased may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be authorized via email or phone prior to shipping. Please e-mail or call 403-228-9199 to start the return process. Returns that have not been authorized may be refused.

Once a return has passed inspection, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.

LESS 17 does not provide return labels. All return shipping costs will be taken care of by the customer.

Refused / Return to sender packages will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Orders Outside of Canada / Duties and Fees

LESS 17 is not responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees.

Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered.

Import duties are not included in the final price and any customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

These fees are set by your local government as they are the ones who set and determine import duties and fees. We unfortunately have no control or access to that information.

All Nike product is only available to ship within Canada. International orders will be canceled.

Orders under $800 USD to the USA will not be subjected to duties and taxes.

In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Once the package has left LESS 17, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping time. LESS 17 is not responsible damaged/lost deliveries caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

In-Store Pickups

Orders placed for in-store pickup are generally processed within 24 hours of placing your order. The customer will be emailed once the item is ready for pickup.

Customers must present valid government issued ID at time of pick-up. You may not send someone else to retrieve your order for you. No exceptions.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order conformation via email. All orders are subject to fraud analysis and will only be shipped out to the customer if the order passes this security screening. LESS 17 reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason. Orders placed online are shipped out Monday - Friday between the hours of 12PM - 5PM MST. 

LESS 17 does not ship orders to different names and/or different billing and shipping address. Orders with mismatched information will be canceled. If you have moved or have a different billing/shipping address, please contact us at the time of placing you order.

If your order is canceled, you may still have a pre-authorization pending on your credit card. All credit card payment providers have an authorization period to allow a charge to be made to a customer's credit card. 

The authorization process first checks that the credit card is valid, and then that the card has enough funds on it for the transaction. Pre-Authorizations are generally removed within 48-72 hours. LESS 17 does not charge your credit card unless your order is processed and shipped.

Once the package has left LESS 17, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping time. LESS 17 is not responsible damaged/lost deliveries caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies

Launch Product

Products marked as a launch product in the description are considered a final sale. LESS 17 does not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on launch product. Launch product is limited to pair per customer. Orders with multiple launch products will be canceled and no further pairs will be sold to that customer.

Orders for launch product that appear to be placed using a bot or any auto purchasing software may be subject to a 15% cancelation fee.

All Nike product is only available to ship within Canada. 
International orders will be canceled.

Please note: We do not accept cash on Launch Product drops and ID may be requested at time of purchase.

Price Adjustments / Price Matching

If a product you have ordered from LESS 17 goes on sale outside of known sales (Boxing Day, Black Friday, etc.) or promo codes, you may request a price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase date providing the size, colour, and style you ordered is still available. If the same size, colour, and style you ordered is sold out, LESS 17 cannot provide a price adjustment.

LESS 17 is happy to offer price matches provided the item is from a Canadian based, authorized retailer and is the same size, colour, and style.

Lost & Stolen Items 

LESS 17 is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. By placing an order with LESS 17, you acknowledge that LESS 17 will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders are made at the customer's own risk.
