The HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE In the Shadow Pleats Blazer explores light and movement through an optical stripe pattern applied across the label’s signature pleated construction. The graphic originates from photographs of a HOMME PLISSÉ garment illuminated at different shutter speeds, with the resulting afterimages printed to align with the width of each pleat. Classic tailored details give structure to the silhouette while allowing the expressive pattern to remain the focus.
Pattern placement varies slightly from piece to piece.
